Check your order before you drive off!! Ordered 4 items which one would think would be pretty hard to screw up. Thought wrong and got home to find no chicken nuggets in the bag (shame on me for not checking a simple 4 item order). Hey, I guess we got the dipping sauce so theres that. This was at like 2:30pm on a Monday so not busy..

Nice, clean McDonald's with great service, professional employees, and tasty food. When I want Micky D's in the Falls, this is the one I'm going to every time! Way better than the one on Appleton.

Got my order wrong twice, rude and slow and didn't get refund for the food I didn't get. I ordered breakfast last minute and when I pick up, they can't make it anymore, which is very acceptable so I just asked for my coffees and refund for the food. Both coffees are wrong. My coffee taste like nothing, they didnt put any cream or sugar in my boyfriend's coffee which was includedin the order. So I went inside and ask to make another one for my coffee. Waited a long time when they don't even have a lot of customers and it tasted exactly like the first one. And AGAIN, they didn't refund for my food!

Waited 10 mins at the drive thru. Employees standing around on their phones...bun was so hard that I couldn't eat it, fries were cold and soggy
