The person taking orders here really brings the whole experience down. They are consistently rude, slow, and show little effort in understanding or processing what’s being asked. It feels like they don’t care about the customers at all. Management seriously needs to reconsider who they have at the front someone with more professionalism and basic customer service skills would make a huge difference.

So I walk in the manager is sitting in the lobby on his phone I'm at the front counter no one is greeting me no one is saying anything to me they keep looking at me and did not come and give me my online order that was already picked up September 16th at 639pm I literally had to walk behind the counter to get the manager attention when he been seeing me walking there please do better with customer service
