Their reasoning was someone forgot to mark it complete, I let it go grabbed my food and went on my way. The fried appetizer I got as one could imagine were cold and not the greatest. I got two orders of pho one of which was mainly grisly hard fat and not sliced beef. To top it off about half way through the food I found SEVERAL pieces of short thick black hair stuck to a piece of fat… I have long brown hair so I know it did not come from my head super disappointed and not worth the $85 I spent..

The chicken was extremely tender, and the vegetables were tender and slightly crispy. Absolutely perfect! The sauce was sweet and tangy as described on the menu. Overall, I would give this restaurant a five star rating.
