- HRHenesy RudolphOct 20, 20251.0We went and got 2 double cheeseburger plain, 4 mcchickens and a 10 piece with bbq in a meal with a large coke. 1st they handed me somebody else’s order, then violated food safety and took it back then handed it to the correct guest and had us pull forward. Then when we got the food the double cheeseburgers have the plain stickers on them but are far from plain. Still has ketchup pickles onions it’s the opposite of what I ordered. The nugget meal didn’t come with the monopoly sticker, and they didn’t give us our large coke. The lady at the window had a tude when I told her the order was wrong. There needs to be some serious retraining, and reminders of what food safety protocols are as well as how to accurately do their jobs. Speed means absolutely nothing when the food is incorrect.

This is THE SLOWEST McDonald's out of any I've been to. This happens almost every time I visit this one. They always make you wait for whatever, for a ridiculous amount of time.
