Unfortunately through out the process, I was waiting an hr and 30 mins for an order that was partially wrong. I’m usually the type of guy to just settle with what I get but the sandwich we received was for someone else. and allergic to what we had gotten, luckily they haven’t took a bite. But it’s the fact the customer service was like it didn’t exist. No one to pick up the phone, no one to help make a quick fix, and no food for us. I don’t think it’s hard to go down a receipt and check off what’s in a bag but who am I to judge. Do better please, check your bags your packing before you send it out or this will keep happening. Management, i’m talking to you and your team.
- JBJ BDec 12, 20251.0Idgaf if it's politically incorrect but a requirement to be in management (let alone work with customers) should be a proficient ability to speak the dominant language in the country you are living and working in... mobile app sent order to this store, which is around 80 miles from where I was, app wouldn't let me cancel so I tried for close to 30 minutes to get Mcfarland to answer and cancel the order. When the person finally answered, he couldn't understand the simple English phrase "cancel this order: OK##".... He responds, "I tell boss you tomorrow" then when I asked to speak with someone else he says "Ok" and hung up on me!!

Do better starch that do the bare minimum it’s not that hard
