- BMBrian MuckianOct 6, 20251.0The first time I had problems with this location was about 2 years ago when my family ordered some pizzas and they weren't even cooked. We stayed away from Pizza Hut altogether for those two years. We recently started coming back to this location and things have overall been fine. Until this trip. I arrived at the drive thru when my pizza was supposed to be ready, the person at the drive through window asked me my name and to pull around to the front and they'd bring it out to me. Fine. The person that was at the window then came out to my car and asked my name again and what my order was. This was after I had been waiting for 10 min. 10 minutes after that she was walking around the parking lot with a pizza and asked my name again and if the pizza was my order. I said no it wasn't. 15 minutes after that someone whom I assume was a manger came out and asked my name again and went back inside. He came out shortly after with my order. After 35 min I finally got my order. On the plus side the manager gave me a $20 credit for the next time I order. Though I doubt I'll ever use it.
