  I placed an online order at 3 pm for a 5 pm pick up. My husband was there at 5 and they said 1 pizza wasn’t made and it would be 10 minutes. At 6 pm they did not have any of our food and gave us a refund. Soooo disappointed. My husband missed most of the 2nd half of the Packer game and we were looking forward to yummy pizza and some wings…

  Ordered online food was over an hour late it said DoorDash driver was making another stop then he would be here food was cold the time it got here things were missing from the order tried to call but when you call the number it sends you to like a corporate dispatch was on hold for 20 minutes once transferred to the store and no one still answered. I was still waiting on hold went into the store just to see if there’s anything they could do and explain how unhappy I was. The store was super busy tons of people complaining and waiting for food very little help. The manager said he would come to the front but never showed his face and never came up. Waited in the store for 20 or 25 minutes. Still never seen a manager so I left I would not recommend this place at all. I spent $80 in tip $20 like I said me and my family literally ate cold food.

  The woman who answered the phone was an extremely nasty person. I tried to order during my break. She cut me off IN THE MIDDLE OF MY ORDER and put me on hold, left me on hold for over 5 minutes. I hung up because she had wasted my entire 15 minute break and I had to get back to my desk. I called back, wanting to complete my order and she got an attitude and wouldn't complete my order. She should NOT be working with the public ESPECIALLY with her attitude towards customers on the phone and I hope she loses her job. I would have given this woman's customer service an absolute 0, if I could have. She has lost ANY Pizza Hut a customer. **EDIT** this woman put me on hold with NO explanation in the MIDDLE of my order, so I checked. So, before they come back with this excuse of "well, it was busy" "she had to take another customer" #1 they had opened 15 minutes prior and their website said "not busy" and #2 who leaves a customer MID ORDER to take care of another customer, even if it is busy. I have been in customer service, in one form or another, food service, phone centers, etc. and I have NEVER heard of a customer service employee essentially walking away in the middle of a customer's order and just leaving them standing there and then copping an attitude about it.

  On both 10/29 and tonight deliveries are not on time. The first date was my daughter’s birthday and it was over 2 hours late, manager said he would refund me (he did not). Now again tonight the lady on the phone said they are busy and it was leaving the door now. 27 minutes after the call, the app says pizza is on way as of 6:19. I live maybe 6 minutes max from the store. Horrible experiences hands down. Now tonight, waiting.

  Been here a handful of times, always at the drive through picking up a mobile order. They’re always friendly, and the pizzas and wings are better than most Pizza Hut locations.
