  Had a very disappointing visit last Saturday. I had a late dinner around 10pm and did not see a host at the stand despite the signage stating see host for seating. The bartender confirmed he had no clue where the host was and ended up seating me himself. I shared that I have a lactose intolerance and asked the server what entrees she would recommend. She suggested the beef stew which includes mashed potatoes. Mashed potatoes are commonly made with a lot of dairy and I asked if she was sure, to which she said yes. I had to press her to ask the kitchen who confirmed that they are indeed not dairy free. Having poorly informed servers who speak erroneously to food allergies and restrictions is dangerous to your customers. I would prefer if she ask the kitchen if she’s uncertain before answering incorrectly twice that an item is dairy free. I ordered the Madison’s Burger which advertised 2 beef patties and substituted for the black bean patty. I was very disappointed to find out that the burger only comes with 1 black bean patty if you order that option and I was not informed until it was served to me. The cook came out to let me know afterwards but I felt like I was served less food but was charged $18 for a burger with a side of salad.

  Fried chicken sandwich, jalepeño burger, dry rub wings and tater tots? Dank. Music? Doing its job.

  The fish fry was decent. The fish itself was fried well and the batter was good, but it only came with ketchup. I prefer to eat fried fish with tartar sauce. The soft pretzel bites are great and the queso that comes with them is good. The tots are good, too. Very crispy! The person the burger was for did not eat it as we used the special instructions to ask for the burger to come without pickles and dijonaise. The burger came with those ingredients. We chalked that up to a minor issue, until I received an email from Door Dash informing me that the restaurant has just requested an additonal $2.43 charge "based on the special instructions requested in your order." So, I would not recommend ordering from Madison's if you dislike certain ingredients as they will intentionally make your order wrong and then charge you for asking for fewer ingredients.

  Went to watch the Packer game 1/10/26. made a reservation as suggested on their website. Sat at 6:45 and waited over 35 mins, no one came up to even greet us. We let the host know and still, nothing . Multiple table around us were greeted immediately with waters. After waiting so long and also finding out they would not be showing the game in the lower dining room, we left l. Very disappointed.
