This has to be the worst McDonald's out there, you wait and wait for your food and are assuming since you wait over 15 min that the food is going to be fresh, but your served cold fries, cold burgers! And some of there employees stand around talking to there friends and being rude as hell. This place needs a compliance check from cooperate or something.

We entered and Nate greeted us. It went down hill from there. We ordered the same thing we had on Saturday, and the total came up .83 higher. I asked why. Nate said and he said 2 syrups are 40 each. I asked why on Saturday we were not charged for extra syrup. His response was sometimes they are nice. He gave me the 83 back threw my order together in a bag, which i ordered indoors.i asked my for coffe right away. He did not get it. Someone else gave it to me as he slammed my bag on the counter. I opened the bad. Only 1 syrup each. He said i have to pay extra for 2. I asked for manager. He pointed to himself. Another girl looked and said she is a manager alsoand gave me the syrup. I asked for names cause no one wears a name tag. We will never eat there again

Waited in drive thru for an hour just to get our order wrong. Stated they were busy walked inside to get the rest of my food saw about 10 people waiting for their food and about 8-10 employees. Very unorganized. Could of went to a sit down restaurant, get our food and eat it all in the time frame it took us to get "fast food". Ridiculous!!!
