  Went to this place last week and they forgot two of our items and the buns on the Big Macs were literally rock hard. We were stupid enough to give them a second chance tonight. The quarter pounders had raw hamburger and the double filet o fish was a single. Not even bothering calling as we did that last week and spoke to a manager that called me a name and screamed about how little she made an hour. I’ll make the trip to the McDonald’s on Pontiac in Janesville as they are corporate and actually have standards. This place is so poorly run it’s amazing they are still in business.

  There's been quite a few. I always give fast food the benefit of doubt but when its been several times there's an issue. Ive had several either missing items, the food was rang up wrong or even when I ask for it to be fixed im still given the wrong item. Ive also called several times and no one ever answers the phone, I can not drive back to get the right food on my lunch when it should've been right the first time. When I called rather than apologizing for their lack of correcting what was wrong I get hit with a "what do you want me to do?" Idk maybe re run everyone through their job. As someone who has worked fast food for many years its really not that difficult. It can be busy but thats not the case here, its always slow.

  My order came out wrong and the manager, Tonya, took the time to make it right and then gave me a ticket for a sandwich when I come back in. This is the way service should be run and this manager deserves her props.

  Never have your order right and when you call they don't pick up the phone. The owners should just be embarrassed.

  I went thru the drive threw and ordered 2 (two) quarter pounders w- no cheese and a large fry, got to the window she ask's me what I ordered. lol . so I told her and she says it only shows one burger and fries so I just took the order and went home let my daughter have the (one) burger and I made something for myself.. Thank's for messing up our evening. oh we shared the fries. WOW. not filling out this review for any coupons you can keep them I will go elsewhere next time.. oh by the way no catsup..
