  When I got my food today all I could smell on my food and cup lid was someone's perfume or scented lotion so I couldn't eat it very disappointed. Fyi don't wear scented things in food service

  This was the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Half of my order was missing I wanted a refund and they told me they don’t do that? lol The workers tried arguing with me when I simply just wanted a refund. Very unprofessional and it was very dirty inside. Very unorganized. What a mess. I will never be going back! Two days ago My sister also ordered a burger and they gave her buns, cheese and ketchup. No meat. Like what is wrong with the workers? Why are we missing the MAIN meal..

  Why we continue to give this McDonald’s our business is beyond comprehension. You’d think we’d learn. About 75% of the time we go through the drive thru there is something missing from the order when we get home and open the bag and this is no exaggeration. Yesterday was the last straw. We ordered one Egg McMuffin, a sausage McMuffin with egg, 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits and a Sausage McGriddle meal with milk. When we get home we find that we got the McGriddle meal and 2 egg McMuffins. When we looked at the receipt it showed everything we had ordered and paid for. My wife was so livid that she drove the 10 minutes back, went into the lobby and not so gently put the bag and the receipt down on the counter and said, why can’t you guys ever get our order right? The girl just looked at the receipt and into the bag and remade the order. We get home only to find that instead of the 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits they gave us 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits. Like I said, this has been an ongoing problem at this McDonald’s. To top it off, the helpers are very rude at times.

  Went to this place last week and they forgot two of our items and the buns on the Big Macs were literally rock hard. We were stupid enough to give them a second chance tonight. The quarter pounders had raw hamburger and the double filet o fish was a single. Not even bothering calling as we did that last week and spoke to a manager that called me a name and screamed about how little she made an hour. I’ll make the trip to the McDonald’s on Pontiac in Janesville as they are corporate and actually have standards. This place is so poorly run it’s amazing they are still in business.
