So what happened to my son while getting us breakfast is precisely why my wife and I quit going to this particular McDonalds. He went through the drive through at approximately 9 am to get us all some breakfast. He ordered 2 sausage McMuffins with egg, a sausage McGriddle and 2 sausage biscuits with egg. When he got home and checked the food, one of the biscuits had no egg and the two sausage McMuffins had the “folded” type of egg that they use on their biscuits instead of the round McMuffin type egg you’re supposed to get(see picture) I swear this place has no managerial oversight and if it does they just don’t care about anything.

Me and my daughter went there for lunch. Took almost 30 minutes to get our food. When we got our food my Quarter Pounder was under cooked. Went up to get it replaced and the young gentleman didn't seem to worried and then went and told a manager came back and wrang it in. Then it took another 10 minutes for me to get my replacement. I have worked for McDonald's before and I never had this happen. Seems to me this place doesn't care about their costumers and health to their customers.

We came as a family for lunch and the play place. When we went to order lunch at the kiosk, all Happy Meals were marked as “out of stock” - this is confusing as surely they can serve smaller quantities of the food that they have on their menu? After waiting for longer than it should have to get a human employee to speak to us at the counter, a very rude male employee told us they were in fact out of happy meals because they were out of the boxes. Who cares how the meal is served?? The employee then walked away despite the conversation clearly not being over (we still had questions) So we had to order adult sized meals for children who won’t eat them because they wouldn’t take our order at the counter, wouldn’t help us by answering questions, and essentially ignored the fact that this wasn’t an acceptable reason to not be able to order children sized meals. It’s almost laughable how ridiculous the logic was.

Never get the order right. I go there maybe once every two months and they haven’t gotten an order right in the past year. The staff doesn’t care when you ask them to fix it. This place has given up even trying. Missing items, items made wrong, under or overcooked items, cold food… you name it. I tried dealing with them but it doesn’t help, so I’m warning everyone instead. Stay away.

Nice , quiet, clean...I ordered a coffee and mcgriddle while I waited for the bus. I was very impressed with the lighting and the open , spacious layout of the store. I was sitting next to the trash receptacle and it was spotless and odorless. The only issue i had was a manager kept coming out from the kitchen/office area staring at me as if I was loitering. It made me a tad uncomfortable. Overall I was satisfied with the visit and plan to return.
