Most of the time I come for breakfast and order extra breakfast sauce and pay for the sauce and sometimes I receive NO breakfast sauce. The customer service is always horrible and there’s always a waiting time of at least 15 to 20 minutes, I’ve also tried to call the store and complain multiple times and no one ever picks up the phone. Can’t ever even get my order corrected. I shouldn’t have to drive an extra 15 minutes to get the correct order from a different store

Person at the first window was waiting around for minutes before taking my payment after the cars in front of me were gone, which held up the line. After going to the second window for my drink, they handed it to me quickly and apologized for the wait. I didn’t have time to think and put the drink down. After getting on the road, I noticed the ice in the drink was already almost completely melted and the fizz was completely gone. It had obviously been sitting out for a while and should not have been handed to any customer. Very disappointed in the judgement of the employees.

Going inside isn’t any better. Waited 40 minutes for two happy meals and they have no staff there to take orders so you can’t even ask anyone at the counter what’s taking so long.
