Customer service is terrible, employees are lazy and would rather stand in a group and gossip than help people . Less than 1 star .. you lost my respect and my business.

Either they don't accept it or don't know how to process it but they will get it canceled by EFS for a fraud alert due to multiple failed attempts. And trying to call them afterwards is pointless. They won't answer phone, or won't care.
