The manager was called even though I never asked for him I just said I didn’t order what he thought I had. There was a language barrier over the phone and it was super loud on their end and I was in a car while I was ordering, I did say two for two chicken Taquitos chicken he said ok and That was it. I got there and he said fajitas and I said no all of a sudden the manager is there and they’re all making me feel like I was the one that made the huge mistake. There was really three employees standing there staring at me manager and two servers saying I’m the problem and it was very intimidating. I had ordered it to go in the first place because I didn’t wanna be there so after all this I was like I’m just ready to go. I don’t think I would trust the food now anyway and he still was like no no we’ll get you what you need. At this point. I would just say It doesn’t take a team to talk to a customer that can be very intimidating. As far as the food is concerned I’m scared to try it Just based on every single employee in there, looking at me like I had done something wrong I don’t wanna risk it. he acted like that one meal that I turned away was the biggest mistake that had happened all day there. Such a negative experience still a little frustrated.
