    Worst McDonalds in town, by far. Staff are very rude, and the service is sooo slow. Took 20 minutes to get my food inside, then when I get it the fries and burger are cold? So disappointing

    Day people are good. Night time staff is a joke. A bunch of kids messing up your order. When u try to get the correct order they all stare at you like they don't know what's going on. Very awkward situation. Won't be back

    I wish everything was fine. It is in most areas, but what's the point of having numbers to take to the table if your food is either left at the counter or if they say the number at the counter for you to go get your food? Literally this experience, we are the only ones here waiting for food and we must go to the counter to retrieve food. It would be fine if they don't have you take numbers to your table. More times than not, this happens. Why?

    Got my buffalo bacon chicken sandwich with out bacon. Also ordered on the app where normally they bring the food to your table apparently not at this McDonald's

    Definitely one of the worst McDonald's in Green Bay. Curbside should absolutely NOT be an option at this location because they NEVER COME! I have tried doing curbside orders here numerous times hoping to have a good outcome, but I've had to go inside every single time to get my food because I've been sitting in my car for over 20 minutes WAITING with no luck. I had no idea it was THIS hard for teenagers to do their job correctly. Incompetent lazy children. Stop hiring kids who have no work ethic. This establishment is a JOKE.
