Mobile ordered food to this location. When I arrived no one would come to the speaker or the window, when someone finally came. They told me that they weren't open yet even though it was well into opening time. I asked about my order and if I would be refunded and he told me he couldn't help me at all. So out money and no food

Missing an entire meal. Said I had to come back to get a refund or they would send me a coupon in the mail. I have little kids, one of which is napping, I can’t do that. I don’t want a coupon, just a refund for the food I didn’t receive. To me, this is stealing. If I didn’t receive the food I shouldn’t have to pay or come back another time with a coupon. I have never complained here before. I ordered on the app and did curbside. Ordered at 11:04 and didn’t get my curbside order until 11:25. Food was really cold. My toddlers wouldn’t even eat their fries. It’s just beyond frustrating that a company this large can’t refund a $7 item. Called customer service and waited on the phone for 40 min. They are just forwarding the complaint and “will get back to me”. Meanwhile, my kids are fighting while on the phone because they want attention, this was so not fair to them. Will not be coming back and told the kids we will not be going to McDonald’s anymore. Obviously, the food is grossly unhealthy to begin with, so probably a good thing. Just disappointed in the way everything was handled.
