I go to the drive thru to pick up my online app order. The girl hands me a bag with just a small fry inside, I tell her I have more. She didn’t understand me so I tell her again, she hands me a bag with all the items I ordered. Then proceeds to tell her coworker “está pendeja”. She was the one who gave me the wrong order in the first place, I then ask her what did you say? She closes the window. I call to speak to the manager and of course someone answers the phone claims to be the manager, I tell her the situation and she says “uh no English no people sorry no people no people” in a sarcastic voice. So I will be calling again until I do get someone in charge to make sure they know you never know who is coming through the drive thru that knows Spanish and English. I know both and she knows one. Shouldn’t be allowed and is unacceptable.

Genuinely was better a few months ago. Now the orders are incorrect, cheese is being added to my burger even when the screen says no cheese. Worst of all the bun on my latest burger was so stale it was hard and slightly sour! Couldn't eat the sandwich for a second time in a row coming to this location!

11/13/2025 Went through the drive thru, wanted to use my McDonald's app code that I have used many times. Employee said "It wasn't working" after taking no time to actually type in the code. Very disappointing and frustrating especially when I had to wait over 5 minutes at the speaker for anyone to take my order!

We often order breakfast here using their app. The service is fast and friendly, with most orders in our car in 4 minutes or less. We've never gotten a wrong order yet, which is hard to find in other fast food places. The food is always hot.
