    This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I went this morning and tried to redeem a birthday reward code, and the person on the intercom told me everything was fine and I could go to the window. When I got there, the "manager, named Leo or Leonardo, I think," showed up with a terrible attitude and told me I couldn't use the code. So I asked if I could just order a new burger there, and he said yes. When I asked for the total, he said it was $22 or something like that... I got surprised asked how that was possible, and then he said it was $2.42 with a bad attitude . I paid with my card and moved to the next window. When I got there, the same rude and unpleasant manager was there again. He gave me $2 in cash and some change and then aggressively slammed the window shut. My reward code literally disappeared, and I didn't even get my food. Terrible service from this specific manager. I hope McDonald's does something about it.

    The worst thing about this place is that they give you the wrong amount of money and then claim you paid with a smaller bill, essentially robbing you. If I could, I wouldn't give them even one star. 👎

    Messed up my order when I called to report it in they hung up on me twice and this happens every time I go to this location Every order I make is wrong y’all got some things To work on if you gonna mess up a order at least fix it because I just spent money on order, that I’m not even going to eat
