    The must have the ovens on to high or something. Every time we order pizza is always overcooked. If I wanted a super crispy crust and black spots, i would order a thin crispy crust. I literally cracked my stuff crust pizza in half.

    They messed my order and delivery was HORRIBLE. Supposedly get a full refund email call to get it and the person said”No You don’t have any credits.” Then she put me on hold, transferred me and then said I was being rude to get my refund.” Great customer service when I got hung up on.

    Ordered online with the pickup through the drive up in 15min. Left the house with 2 min remaining, pulled up to the drive up window there were other cars in line. Nobody moved for 15-20 min. A car behind me ended up pulling up off to the side and walking in to get their food. Then the car in front of me did the same thing. After 20-25 min in line I followed suit. Ended up that my order just came out of the oven and they needed to box it up yet. If that was the case, my order never made it to the baking stage when I pulled up in the drive up window.
