I made a mobile order today at 10:20. 10 minutes before breakfast ends and that gives them MORE than enough time to make 1 sandwich and a hash brown. The app said it was ready so I came up in the drive through and this girl is immediately rude, “are you using the mobile app or what?” I said yes and told her my code and she immediately comes back with your order is breakfast “we don’t serve breakfast, can you not see that it’s 10:35?” and I said “well yes but I ordered it at 10:20, 15 minutes ago!” And she said nope I can’t do it your money will be on your card, and again we do not sell breakfast.” And continued to shame me for ordering breakfast on my mobile app. I said “well thank you but you didn’t have to be so rude.” She came back with “I can if I want too” and I drove away. This place should seriously get shut down. Staff hygiene is disgusting, they’re all rude and have no respect for customers, and the whole place is just disgusting, floors are filthy and so are some of the people who work there. Get it together McDonald’s

I asked for light ice in coffee but they must have added full scoop because hot coffee was ice cold and food was cold also--- 2 mornings in a row.

Was there for lunch today. Took 15 minutes to get a snack wrap. Wasn't bad, but took way too long. They prioritized the drive through line, while making customers inside wait.

Watched them clear every order on the screen to keep the times lower. Still took almost 15 minutes to get a burger and fries. Fries were very old. Burger was cold. Bun was stale. Very bad service as well for lunch earlier today.
