I had a very disappointing experience, my waiter was extremely rude and very short and cold with her attitude. I felt as if I was judged, and a burden for our waitress even though it’s her job, the food was good, and it has a welcoming atmosphere, but the service was awful and everytime we asked for something she walked away, keep in mind we were nothing but nice and respectful, it felt like she misjudged us because we are teenagers.

Chester and Paige. Seriously - these two are amazing. The service, food - everything was wonderful. I can’t say enough about them - I have been to Cafe Hollander many times previously, and it has always been lovely - but these two made our night! Services that goes above and beyond will always make the difference between good and great.

We enjoyed our first visit, food was quality and cooked to perfection, but the burgers could have had a bit more flavor. Service was slow, but very friendly. The atmosphere wasn't awful, we just randomly stopped in on a very busy day and were seated on the 2nd floor. We didn't mind being upstairs at all, it just felt a bit chaotic. The Belgian beer selection is off the hook! That's the reason I chose this location anyway, and in that aspect it did not disappoint! Definitely worth stopping by again, as there will always be a quad on the menu calling my name!

Long waits, very slow service, frequently get orders wrong or have issues with your order.
Editing to add my most recent experience issue: I went on a Sunday at 12:15 and was seated around 1:00. I ordered the Chicken Quinoa Bowl off of their gluten free menu while holding my menu up to the waitress and pointing at the item as well. I also asked for the mayo on the side. 40 minutes later our food arrived and they brought me a Quinoa Power Bowl which isn’t even on their gluten free menu. The waitress took it back to the kitchen and then 10 minutes later came back and said “Sorry I thought you said Quinoa Power bowl, and unfortunately you aren’t allowed to order the quinoa chicken bowl until 2PM and it’s 1:50 right now, so if you want to order that you’ll have to wait 10 more minutes.” Are you kidding me??? My entire party has been eating for 15 minutes at this point and you’re making me wait 10 more minutes to put in my order because of your made up rule that you can’t cook that item until 2PM. Does your broccoli shipment not arrive until 2PM on the dot? I was so close to saying forget about it and just not eating but as to not be further embarrassed I just asked for some scrambled eggs.

I got the Halla chicken. Spicy chicken sandwich with fries. I was asked if I wanted any sauce and I said yes on the side. I didn't know that it would cost .75. Not a big deal, but you should at least mention it. The fries were very old. Literally probably made around lunchtime and reheated. I could get a comparable chicken sandwich at Popeyes, and I don't even eat fast food anymore. The bartender gave me a good choice of beer and it was fantastic. So I did appreciate that, but that was the last I saw of her. One mediocre chicken sandwich and fries that were at least 4-5 hours old, $36.75. What a joke
