My girl Justice at the second window truly made my day, the sweetest and most compassionate! Giving me a new coffee and I know that sounds ridiculous but you really never know what someone is going through and the littlest things mean the most!

Beware of shortages when using the app to place curbside orders. They refuse to refund money owed without returning to the restaurant with the form of payment one uses in the app. After calling the location once and corporate twice we still have not been refunded for a shortage from almost a month ago. Multiple call backs have been promised that never came, refunds have been promised that never materialized. I give up! It’s only a few dollars and not worth the amount of hoops they have already made us jump through to help them correct their mistake. Submitting an honest Google review will have to be a satisfactory reimbursement it seems .

What in the world happened to this store?! First cashier handed me my receipt at 9:37pm, took close to 5 minutes to hand the car in front of me a drink... then I pulled up to second window and didn't get food from the other older lady until 9:54pm and it was cold, and fries were limp! There wasn't a long line or large orders so what the hell?
Then McDonald's App makes it nearly impossible to submit complaints now too??

Ok so my routine includes a $1.04 ice coffee daily. This McDonald’s now says they don’t have pennies so short changes me every time. I spoke up and asked when they plan to round it down. Manager was rude and after multiple times I done. After being shorted again and complaining I am now no longer welcome there. This is a joke you steal from the customer there unhappy now not welcome

After not only getting extremely dry mccrispy sandwiches, horrible tasting iced coffee, horrible tasting smoothie and soda and calling to complain. I was told I would receive two free meals, fine, we came back to get the said meals only to be told they wouldn't comp us anything BUT the sandwiches. Would have to pay for drinks and fries. Since I didnt "officially" complain about drinks or fries they refused to comp the whole meal as I was originally promised by TWO different managers that were working. Family usually places big orders. Extremely disappointed and most likely NOT returning to this location 😕
