We've tried so many times to give this location a chance. Staff is friendly but food is consistently meh. Not the same quality we get from other locations, and they also take longer to provide the food here, which makes it that much more difficult to comprehend. If you use the drive through you WILL be asked to move forward so they aren't being "dinged" by their corporate office for making you wait so long. ... (and you'll still get cold hash browns - if that's your thing). Unfortunately we are always in a rush when ordering here or we'd have brought each instance to a manager at the time. The manager was, however, notified when finding hair in a previous meal (& it has taken a LONG time to return - only to be disappointed again.) The long and short of it is: after several experiences we will be skipping this location in the future. Even the coffee from this location always tastes watered down. The only constant at this location is that we know we'll leave feeling disappointed, let-down, and wishing we'd have saved our money and caloric intake for something more worthwhile.

I had asked for a cup of sauce and I paid 40 cents for it, I never got it it’s not the first time this has happened either. And I also ordered a triple cheeseburger and they gave me a cheeseburger. On top of that when u order a large drink or frappe they do not fill it all the way up so ur basically wasting ur money.
