After placing the order, I called my local store to verify it—and found out that the order was incorrect. The store told me the pizza had already been made. When I asked about correcting it, the employee I spoke with was rude. She told me, “you didn’t place an order with us, so it’s not our fault,” and then added, “we’ll just make you your pan pizza!” in a VERY disrespectful tone. I understand mistakes happen, but I expect to be treated respectfully when trying to resolve an issue. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was extremely disappointing.
