Coulda been a bit more smokey and personal preference when I get brisket I like it sliced not shredded. The atmosphere was great and the service was top notch would absolutely recommend checking it out.

We got Steele’s Smoked Bowl with pork belly and spicy bbq sauce, loaded potato with pulled pork and regular bbq sauce, and a side of the corn salad. Both sauces were awesome and I’m glad we tried both. You can’t go wrong with corn salad either. Didn’t get the Mac and cheese for myself today but I know it’s amazing.
- MSMichael SavageDec 26, 20255.0Okay so here's the thing about barbecue Washington state does not have a lot of good barbecue in general so I wasn't expecting a lot from this place out in the middle of yelm that's tucked away and kind of hard to find. But I was totally wrong The ribs were some of the best barbecue ribs I've had here in this state and fall off the bone juicy. I kind of expected like it most other barbecue places for the price point that you would only be getting a half rack of ribs but no you get a full rack of juicy delicious well seasoned dry rubs and it was only like $30 sides were delicious as well personally was a big fan of the mac and cheese and they have the good french fries not that crinkle cut crap. Will definitely be back to eat myself stupid on ribs
