Used to be good I have no idea what happened. I’m guessing it’s probably the younger people they have hired to work there.
But now it never fails. Every time I go in there’s something wrong with my order or either the drink is completely watered down or something is missing off of my order.
This time around order ahead, ordered it on their mobile app, spent roughly $35 in total my sandwich had items on it that I don’t like that caused me to have an allergic reaction with your pickles And wouldn’t you guess it I get a quarter of the way to three bites of my sandwich and I bite into a pickle. One of my kids, boo meals was missing. It’s apples, And worst thing of all my Dr Pepper was watered down and funny thing about it is we completed the mobile order not even two minutes after we arrived in the drive-through.
Pretty certain I was also supposed to have my monopoly pee sticker on my two orders of french fries that I had but apparently this McDonald’s does not put the sticker on the fry box or they remove it from the fry box themselves.
I will be definitely contacting corporate office and suggesting they investigate this McDonald’s.
Save yourself some time and money and go to the McDonald’s in East Wenatchee at least their corporate store. Or better yet just completely stop shopping at McDonald’s and go to any of the other restaurants that are much better and get your meal correct the first time.

**(Update, after posting this review they responded with a generic response, we have already been in contact with the supervisor of the location who has refused a refund.)We experienced what some of the other reviewers have mentioned at this location, poor customer service and food quality. We ordered after a long day of travel and got back to our Hotel to find many food issues. We ordered a Big Mac meal and a double Cheeseburger meal, all three burgers did not have the cheese melted, the two shakes we ordered were very watery, and we were not provided any utensils/napkins in the bag, hard to you eat a shake without a straw or spoon. We reached out to corporate McDonalds and they directed us to get a refund from the restaurant directly. The Area supervisor reached back out to us and told us they will not refund us because we did not bring the food back in, we explained we had a long day of travel and are not from the area to no avail. The total amount of the food was $22, out of principal we will be reaching out to our credit card for a refund. Prices have escalated to a point where if the quality of your food is not up to standard we do expect a minimal amount of customer service from a large corporate restaurant.
