    Went into The smoke shop today did not accept the vertical identification even if youre over the age of 21 years old this never used to be the case but I wonder what happened at the store to make it that way you guys should invest in a scanning system for identification

    Everyone else that works. There is pretty much nice impolite besides this one lady who has a limp she's very rude isn't the first time she has get mad at me because my hands Don't work very well and sometimes I have a hard time getting the money out. Out of my wallet and I come into this store every day. I don't appreciate having somebody be rude to you when you're saying sorry about it and my hands don't work all the time cause it gets embarrassing so watch out for that lady If you have problems like that
