- NNNajma4 days ago5.0You have to go inside the mall to see it and take left when you see the bath and body store, it’s a coffee plus a bank and you have discounts if you use the capital one 🤎I work at the airline industry I chose capital one cuz you don’t pay INTERNATIONAL fee which other banks takes from you. I forget to ask he’s name but he helped me if I wanted to withdraw 10grand such helpful and kind person he was even tho it was his job I hope he had a good day/night bless him. I bought oat milk with extra matcha it was good delicious I paid 6$ I believe.

Not only was it not good but I watched the employee use a dirty blender that was left on the counter, prepare my drink, and then place it back on the counter without any washing or rinsing before the next use. This is unacceptable and unsanitary. Who knows how long that blender was sitting on the counter and being used without being washed. The worst part is that the smoothie contains yogurt so leaving the dirty blender out for hours or maybe even the entire day is very concerning from a food safety standpoint.
- SCSiri CDec 28, 20253.0Food was absolutely disgusting. Almost not edible. I ordered avocado toast. It had so much salt on it that I couldn’t finish it. The bread was thick and hard. Do not waste your money on the avocado toast. It needs to be taken off the menu because it’s a health hazard. The only reason I ate most of it was because I didn’t want to waste my money on it because it was expensive.

I like the drinks, baked goods and breakfast/lunch options available. Baristas are friendly, but don't seem as experienced as the Bellevue location. I ordered right away, and waited about 5 minutes for my matcha drink.

How do I bank at a Capital One Café?
Capital One Cafés offer a modernized, friendly approach to banking that provides a low pressure way to get support. While we don’t have traditional bank tellers in our Cafés, customers can use our self-service options to get everyday banking done., even on the weekend. Ambassadors are on hand to assist you along the way with your banking questions, and can even help you apply for an account. Capital One Checking account holders can use Café ATMs fee-free to check their balance, deposit or withdraw cash, make credit card payments and more. Come in for everyday banking–stay to enjoy a handcrafted beverage. You can also:
- Replace, reissue or activate your debit card
- Lock and unlock your debit card
- Change your debit card PIN
- Receive sign-in support
- Update account information like your address, phone number and email address

Yes, there are self-service ATMs available at all Cafés that are fee-free to Capital One customers. You can use them to deposit cash, deposit checks, pay your credit card bill and more. Not a customer? There’s a small fee to use the ATMs.
Can you reserve space at the Café?
Account holders (18+) can reserve a nook—a private workspace with tables and outlets—when they’re in the Café or from their Capital One mobile app. When in the Café, visitors can scan the QR code on the door of the nook to access the reservation portal to complete their booking. As of December 2024, account holders can make reservations in the Capital One mobile app by searching for their preferred Café, viewing the details of that Café and selecting "Reserve a Nook" to access the reservation portal.
