- KLKellie LarsonDec 31, 20251.0Why would you close Custer service down especially during the busy time?? This location has closed amount of checkout lanes making lines go halfway down the isles. Hard to get in and out, and making harder with no one at floral or other departments, good luck getting help. Will be switching to delivery from another store that’s cheaper, was will to pay more for convenience but it’s not anymore unfortunately.

The employee in the back did not have a hairnet on and refused to talk to me concerning the JoJos. The other employee at the counter who was on break, notified me that other people have come into the store with the same issue with the JoJos. This is not the quality of service or product that Safeway is known for. While Safeway is convenient it is not the only option nearby.

Not trying to get anyone in trouble just wanted to point that out. If I forget the rule about paying for vitamins in the vitamin section it shouldn't make an employee visibly upset with me.

If you’re there for hours at a time and also on the clock doing something else, it’s a little unfair to folks who just stop by hoping for something to be in stock.
