  I ordered a pizza, waited 1 hour and called, then I had to call back another hour, called again And they said that they were starting my order and I told them to stop and to pay back my debit card and it's bin 2 weeks and 2 more calls and never got paid back for my almost $50 bucks and still no money!!! I'm going to send a letter to them, letting them know that after all the years I've gotten pizza from them I'm sending a little of intent to sue!!! You would think they would at lease pay a person back after all the crap!!! But know!!! I'm a senior on a fixed income and Evern $50.00 hurts!! But what really missed me off is my Grandkids didn't get dinner till late!!! Took them to McDonald's!! Pizz,a Hut to theis date has not responded even after talking to them no money, so Yelp will be getting this story as does my Attorney they will pay me back every dime plus other fees!! I'm 64 and sick and didn't need this crap when I was trying to be with the kids, THEY SUCK!!!!!!

  I wish I didn't have to rate at all on the food because my one-star rating is not about food. People should be encouraged to rate restaurants more on employee professionalism and behavior as well. Unfortunately, I much more recently ran into a situation with a female employee becoming kind of disrespectful after I'd not had any issues with her or this location before. I remember seeing her maybe once or twice before. Let's just say that there's nothing wrong with being comfortable and happy on the job as long as you don't get TOO happy and comfortable to remember that because you are still on the job, there are rules to still have to follow about showing basic respect to others. This femaie employee during some of the earlier lunch hours, however, apparently assumed that just because I'd kindly acknowledged that I was picking up a fairly large order that she could go right ahead with asking me how much I get paid for my job - and then disrespect me even further by assuming that because I said I wasn't going to share that information with her, that I either must not get paid much or that I must not be satisfied. Honestly, my pay level and personal job and financial satisfaction had nothing to do with why I wasn't going to tell her what I was or wasn't getting paid for my job. IT WAS JUST NEVER HER PLACE TO ASK ANYTHING LIKE THAT AT ALL, much less assume something more unfortunate about me to my face after finding out that just because I'd showed her a little extra courtesy for having to work to get the order together didn't necessarily mean that her nose was going to gain as easy an admission to my financial or other personal business as she apparently presumed it should be able to.

  Will not order delivery now that doordash are the main drivers. I live 8 mins from the store but enjoy the convenience of delivery. Ordered some wings. Driver picked up my order at 7:58, drove pretty far in the opposite direction and sat somewhere stationary for 10+ mins. About 30 mins after the driver picked up my order I get a text that they are outside. I text them im now suspicious of the order and why, and that id like to cancel. I wont do delivery if its doordash.

  Ordered through the app and waited for 40 min past the estimated delivery time. The pizza tracker marked it as delivered. Called the store and was told that the driver didn't want to deliver to my address. He took the delivery with him. The employee on the phone said he would have to call the gm to do anything about it. I cancelled my order. No communication, only rude comments over the phone.
