  You get the orders wrong they don't cook the pizzas long enough so the crusts are still doughy it's like eating a mouth full of mush and when you get people's orders wrong like if they have food allergies and you put items on their food that they specifically requested not to be on their you're endangering their life and you can be sued if you guys do your jobs right there wouldn't be mistakes your cooking time for your pizzas is wrong it doesn't get the crust in its thinnest areas crispy the bottom of the pizzas should not be doughy and soft and mushy should be firm and crisp what you guys serve is not pizza it's like some of your employees getting too much of a rush they don't read the order and they just say oh it's just kind of pizza and they just make it and throw it together and throw it in the oven and get it out the door that's not doing your job why give people options to customize their order or to make sure that they don't have any food allergies if it's just going to be ignored I'm pretty sure some of you are just following corporate orders but you should be doing the will of the people if you wouldn't serve this slap to your family then why would you let it leave your doors without being right cooked correctly and prepared properly it's not that hard service have worked in fast food we know how hectic it can get but there's still no excuse they can take one mistake that could lead to someone Landing themselves in the hospital because of a food allergy of your neglect of your employees because they got in a rush or they're following corporate orders it's time for a reform either get with constitutional law and healthy for America Orby shut down

  I would give negative stars if it was possible Ordered 60 dollars worth of pizza to have it come cold and the order was wrong . Not to mention the door dash driver they used was absolutely disgusting car full of trash and smelt terrible and I called for a refund and was told I’m just a shift lead I don’t know how to do refunds call back tomorrow and was hung up on. I would never recommend this Pizza Hut location to anyone ever. You guys need to work on customer service and learning how to do your jobs competently

  This an edited comment. I revised what i said previously because the manager fixed the problem for me 1 week later with no problem. I will continue to come here 13 years and counting. Thank you Mr. Manager. Wish I would have gotten your name to give kudos. Ill grab it in a week when I return.
