  I was reminded today while I avoid this McDonald I order the 2 cheeseburger meal extra onions and extra pickle with a Dr Pepper. When I got home from here entire order was wrong. I got a coke instead of Dr Pepper cold fries and no onion on my burgers. So I call up there manager told me I can come back and get the right order. When they gave me the new order checked and it was wrong again. Then the manager tell me the 3rd time she made sure it was right. I get home fries are now cold cause I had to wait for my cheeseburger to be made again and the I go to eat the cheese burgers they are cold heated them up and by then I was over it cause it tasted so nasty from being rewarmed. Long story short a waste of 9$ and my pup my happy

  The people that work on the McDonald’s on 72nd and PAC are completely incompetent and possibly dyslexic we ordered a 10 piece with two fries and a Sprite with buffalo sauce. They gave us every sauce but buffalo oh and sweet-and-sour no sweet-and-sour left that out and instead of a Sprite we got sparkling water didn’t know that McDonald’s started carrying sparkling water recently get it together or I’m coming back there and I will get it together for you guys

  Waited 20min at the register after saying something before anyone acknowledged me and then another 10min before I got my order which was only 2 double cheeseburgers b the people that worked there were rude I'll never eat at that McDonald's again

  This has got to be the worst location in the eastside Tacoma area. Ordered an order to pick up at drive thru. Arrived there and it took 20 min from providing my voice code to get to the pickup window. I saw that the person in front of me ordered just a happy meal and she was waiting very long at the pickup window. I then watched as my order was handed to her. When I pulled up, they tried to give me her order. I told them they just gave my order to the person in front of me. After 5 minutes of the person acting confused, they proceeded to say they will make my order and to wait in the drive thru reserved spot. I was there for almost an hour when my correct order was finally brought and they were missing 3 items I ordered. I waited so long for my order that I didn’t bother to go inside because the weather was atrocious outside. They couldn’t even confirm they got all the items in my order during the hour I waited. Never going to this location again.

  I'm rewriting this from my original 3 star review, this is the absolute worst mcdonalds I have ever eaten at in my life. If you're ordering through delivery or drive thru expect food that is hours old, overcooked and will probably give you food poisoning. Every sandwich I've gotten had untoasted buns, nuggets are always dark brown and dry like sand, fries are unsalted and mushy. I have yet to have a single order that was entirely correct with no mistakes, which would normally be excusable if not for everything else. If you opt for dine in or takeout you better hurry as they have security staff on premises that will intimidate and trespass you from the store if you stay too long, are homeless or just look poor, there is a signed 30 minute time limit for dine-in but I've seen them kick people out much sooner than that. The managers are also extremely cruel I have on multiple locations watched them verbally assault their employees in plain view of customers. Overall an absolutely abysmal location, avoid at all cost.
