    Worse McDonald's ever. I sat stuck in this drive thru for 45min 1 night. Couldn't get out. Was the most incredible thing I've ever experienced in a fast food place. The.guy was nice and said ne right with u Sorry for the wait. Would help 1 car. That car would drive up get food. Then take the next car order. My.guesd was there was only 1 person in the whole store. Which must.happen alot. As ive been turned away 2 times from.them before this and then sat a good 20min another time. I will never get stuck in that drive thru again . That is 45min of my life stuck in a drive thru I cant get back. Unreal

    Went in on the 1st of January, maybe late morning. I ordered a coffee and used the restroom. The drive thru employee that day used the bathroom stall and didn't even wash his hands before returning to work and putting on his headset thing. Pretty gross. I was going to call him out on it, but I ordered coffee only. Just a fair warning, not everyone here washes their hands after using the bathroom.

    There's trash all over the tables, seats, and chairs. Staff ignored me for over 10 minutes. Laid back attitudes to customers and goofing around in the kitchen as well. I don't recommend this specific McDonald restaurant.

    Tried to go through the drive through. It was busy so I was trying to be patient, but I sat at the intercom for a while. Someone pulled up behind me. Three cars were able to move forward in front of me. I waited for another few minutes. Another car moved up to the second intercom. We both waited for about 10 minutes before talking to each other to ask if we were getting anything on the intercom. At this point there were about five cars in line, including the two of us. I figured something was wrong with the headsets or intercom system. I asked at the first drive through window if they were having problems. The guy at the drive through window said there wasn’t a problem with the intercom system and the manager told him to stop taking orders. He wasn’t even wearing a headset. I told him it would’ve been nice to know that and he said that’s the manager’s job. I called to complain and the guy said that’s orders were moving just fine. I told him the guy at the window said the manager said to stop taking orders, and the guy on the phone said he was the manager and that never happened. He also sounded suspiciously like the guy at the window. I don’t know what the deal was but that was super disrespectful. At the very least someone should have jumped on the intercom and said they were done taking orders, or that it’s busy and there would be a delay. But acting like that never happened and either being lied to to my face, or lied to over the phone is beyond the pale. I went to Jack in the Box and was in and out of the drive through in five minutes and the guy at the window was super nice. This McDonald’s location could learn a thing or two from that Jack in the box location.

    As a DoorDash driver, my experiences with this location, more specifically the drive-thru, are that of lengthy delays, sometimes up to and exceeding 30 minutes. Sometimes, the employee managing the drive-thru will tell me to pull forward, and the employee at the pick-up windows will tell me that my DoorDash pick-up is either not ready, has already been picked up, or isn't on their roster, usually after already waiting up to 30 minutes.
