This place sucks it takes roughly 20 mins for anyone to even get to you at the front counter then they dont know any English or know how to do anything you ask for something simple and its like im speaking about rocket science why are the employees so uneducated about the job its rude when they just walk away you ask them a question and they just walk away and ignore you multiple times this happened never eating at mcdonalds again its gross anyway

I came through the drive thru Friday night. The lady who took my order had no idea what she was doing. I asked if I could get a triple cheese meal with only mustard and extra pickles. She can't figure out how to ring up the sandwhich. When she finally figures it out she didn't enter it as a meal so I remind her I want that as a meal. She asks me what I mean so I say combo and she goes what and I said you know fries and a drink the meal. She huffs and puffs while fixing her own mistake then cashes me out without letting me finish my order. When I tell her I wasn't done she huffs and puffs and tells me to pull forward they will do it at the window. When I pull forward a younger male employee was at the window I explain the situation. He apologizes while taking my order. No manager came to apologize for the problems or anything. When I get my food of course low and behold burgers I got were not made how asked. Big surprise. Drinks and sizes all messed up. Usually no issues at this location but wow this was ridiculous. Whoever was taking my order needs to be trained on drive thru or pulled off drive thru orders and manager needs to take accountability for the crew on shift.

To slow its not fast food it’s slow food u have to wait almost 30+ min + to get ur food overall ok location it’s better to make food at home not worth it very slow I’m very disappointed McDonald’s its suppose to be fast food but it’s not it’s slow food waited over 20 min for a double cheeseburger meal I think they could do way better than this especially in 2025
I don’t know what is up with McDonald’s very poor service u can wait over 40min
for just some burgers and fries I would not recommend this location Horrible Service
