This morning (830) an order sat on their counter, not even under heat, for well over 10 minutes, waiting on a drink. The RUDE employee, chit chatting with his co workers, ringing up customers up front, completely abandoned the doordash bag of food, while i watched and waited. Collected cash then would go complete those orders (no hand washing in between cash and touching food, and no gloves), still abandoning the "McDelivery" order. I asked him to remake the now cold food after 10 minutes on counter. He ignored me, yet clearly heard me. I again asked, what is the wait on the drink? Again, ignored. FINALLY, he got the drink, closed the bag and literally tossed the bag towards me and turned and walked away. And of course, the customer complained about his cold food, as if it was my fault, I took the hit on a review. Do better mcdonald's. Your delivery business is still business and shouldn't be ignored nor treated this way.
