And there's no answering machine today I went and got a meal they forgot food in my bag. Had to turn around and drive out of my way to fix their mistake

The fries were not salted but hot at least and the chicken nuggets were surprisingly dry. I do understand there is a sign that says they’re understaffed on their lobby door and it seems like it is affecting the quality of the food here.

Wrong items, missing items, forgetting cheese on wraps, putting onions on multiple sandwiches when we requested none, food isn’t EVEN warm… I could go on. Just save your time and money and go to the nearest McDonald’s off base.
