    Used the McD's app to purchase nearly $100 of food for delivery. Order came incomplete. Called store, no help from the ACTING MANAGER. Got my money, I got no food.

    I really appreciate McDonalds adding back the buy one get one for $1, as well as the value meals. It has been much more affordable to take my kids out to eat every once in awhile. The food matches the prices once again. The double cheeseburger value with a 4 piece nugget is $6 and usually the goto pick. I hadn't ate at McDonalds for a few years prior because the prices were too high; why spend $15 per person at McDonalds when you can go sit down somewhere for that price. So, I am really enjoying the ability to go grab a burger for lunch knowing it won't break the bank. The service is usually pretty good, but even when mistakes do happen, its more bareable because it's usually a few dollars I'm out of pocket versus $10.

    Manager is great. They train their people and the drive thru workers are amazing! Our special needs, regular once or.twice a week visits.. that their shake machine is never down, they get custom orders right and they are friendly. We always have a great experience and we have been going here for the past 3 years. Before that we went to Puyallup and Tacoma McDonald's and they were awful. Shelton was such an amazing and great change. Kudos to the management. Also thanks because not every place gets our special orders right.

    This location keeps shorting me on the monopoly stickers. I'm missing 4 now because they keep not giving me all of them. The time before this I went in to complain and an employee tried to argue with me and say large frappes aren't part of it. If yall don't know what's on it maybe check before you give the orders out?
