I wish I could give it half a star. INSANELY ridiculous prices. Boneless chicken breasts at 6.99 lb and a competitor has them at 2.60. When that Winco goes in up the street, this Safeway will become a ghost town.

Don't underestimate a someone's will to purchase better green onions. I saw a really good quality green onions at asian market today then i thought. Maybe i should stop shopping at safeway even tho they're right next to me all because your green onions suck. I don't eat them everyday but i like when a grocery store has nice green onions. Don't blame me for obsessing over green onions. Green onions are nice when they're fresh and reasonable quantities not 2 piece. Other than that its a cool store, i like your staffs they're friendly and welcoming. Maybe get a better green onions next time. Peace

I hate that I feel like I am bothering a stff person. This store is very cut up. I have shopped with Safeway/Albertsons for over 50 years. I avoid this location if I have to. I travel past this location at least 8x's 4 days a week

I'm editing my comment in regard to Safeway owner's reply... I tried to use the "contact link" and when it asked for email or phone number, I put in my email which they said was not valid...so, I tried my phone number, and they kept saying "enter email" Frustrating! FYI..I went to QFC today instead of my usual Monday's at Safeway. Yes, had a small shopping cart and I will add they also have sanitizing hand wipes unlike Safeway's new takeaways.. It was a nasty rainy day, and I was happy to have a decent cart to use and navigate and hand wipes and, yes, competitive prices. Until just recently, I would have chosen a 5 star just by accepting some things that were not customer friendly....BUT...Taking away the small shopping carts has gone over the top in 'cheapism' ....like Merry Christmas Shoppers, enjoy the cheap nasty Big carts with no bottom shelf that an older person 5 ft. tall can't reach to the bottom of cart or lift a big box of cat litter and put it in the cart almost as tall as the person trying to do so! I spend a lot of money at Safeway to accept the changing (without customer input) of no small shopping carts. I can go to QFC right down the street that has small carts and the money factor is very competitive now with Safeway increasing their prices! So, have it your way and continue on finding new ways to lose customers..I'm Out!
