- BJBenjamin von JessSep 15, 20255.0PNW Catering is the BEST!!! Barbara, Eric, Drew, Jackson, and our friend who is going to culinary school now were all so so so amazing for our big orders. Four days, two meals a day for 270 people and they always showed up timely and we have never had any issues with them. We deal with lots of catering, and PNW Catering by leaps and bounds is the best. They come intending to do everything on their own, but if you don't hang around and chat with these lovely people, you're missing out! Some of the highlights are very clearly marked dietary restrictions (for vegan, or gluten-free, etc. meals), their autonomy, always the right numbers of meals, and delicious food!! Husky Band misses you PNW Catering! 🫶

Communication was on point, we had our tasting and they were very accommodating to all our questions and requests. The food turned out INCREDIBLE, our guests could not stop raving about how good the food was, which can be rare for weddings. Guests particularly loved the mashed potatoes. Their vegan option was also amazing. Additionally, their bartending and serving was top notch. We had an excellent experience and are so glad we chose to use them for our day!

The served us our dinner and everything was delicious! We had filet steak and salmon with mango salsa per our request and it was amazing! Do yourself a favor and sign them to be part of your team. So easy to work with!!

All of our guests loved the food (even those who are picky!). We will definitely be reaching out again if needed and recommending you to all of our friends! We want to give a special thanks to Aleks who was our bartender! She has phenomenal customer service and was so friendly. So many people had such great things to say about her! She went as far as chasing me down to make sure I ate before the ceremony and offered to help with our baby so I could eat dinner. Please pass along my thanks so she knows how valued and appreciated she is! She was a highlight of our day!

From the first contact, to the tasting and finally the reception I couldn’t have had a better experience. The food was outstanding and the appetizer presentation was fantastic. I highly recommend the “in the round” service. Barbara and her staff were so nice and helpful and helped make our lovely day perfect.
