  What can I say, I used to really like this place. However, I'm 100% positive the good reviews on this restaurant are ALL from before its recent revamp that happened end of September, 2025. Since then, here are a few glowing changes that have taken place: 1) They don't take your order at the counter, there is a self-serve kiosk that you order at. You will have to buss your own table when you finish eating, and yes, they still ask for a tip when you go to check out. 2) The wait is around 30-45 minutes, at least for the salads. Heaven only knows how long a burger would take. 3) You are guaranteed some hair in your food, no matter what you get. I found some in my buffalo wings and salad. 4) The prices have gone up exponentially, and the portions have gotten way smaller. You will pay $6.95 for FIVE onion rings that have no seasoning. Your entire taco salad will take up about 1 measuring cup of room in the bowl, though you will pay $17 for it. Overall, the quality of this establishment has dramatically gone down hill. As a vegan of 10 years who always tries to support local businesses, I can confidently say I will no longer be coming back to Next Level.

  Was blown away by the quality of the vegetarian food, and especially the veg 'meat'. I expected vegetarian fast food but it was one of if not the tastiest vegetarian meals I've had in Seattle

  As a vegetarian this is my go to spot when I wanna treat myself to a yummy door dash meal. Always get the sweet potato fries. I love that they have so many options!! I’m sad the other location closed, and I wish I could order their “dine in only” menu options as delivery /:

  Usually when my vegetarian family hits up a burger joint the vegetarian options on the menu are an afterthought. Here, the veggie inspiration behind all the items are so obvious and intentional. I was happy our group could eat at a spot where we feel catered to for a change! We all got burgers and were very impressed. My chipotle bean burger tasted scratch made and had fresh sliced jalapeños (so rare!). My favorite part is they have a kids menu, and with a great selection!
