  Beef patties were so good! Perfect flakey crust and beef filling. Oxtail and fried chicken was also very good. I was pleasantly surprised to get oxtail gravy for my rice and peas. Will be back!

  My goto spot for Jamaican patties, beef, chicken, and vege! They hit the spot. They also make a good goat curry. And refreshing sorrel! This place fills a chasm for Caribbean cuisine in north Seattle that’s been missing. Keep up the great work!

  Excellent service and delicious food. The name says it all. They make it super easy to enjoy authentic Carribean flavors. Typically Caribbean service unfortunately is not great, having grown up in Trinidad and Tobago and lived in Brooklyn NY. I was so happy with every aspect of their service. I used Easy Carribean to cater my husband’s birthday and our guests loved the meal. Will be using them again sometime soon.

  Decided to order take out from Easy Caribbean from the U District Eats place off of Roosevelt Way NE. I had the Jerk Chicken plate with Rice and it was absolutely delicious! I can’t stress enough how flavorful the chicken was since it’s marinated in authentic Jamaican jerk marinate/seasoning. Soo yummy. In addition, the chicken itself is cooked to perfection, very juicy and succulent. I need to stress that it’s cooked thoroughly, didn’t see any pink spots anywhere. It was impressive how they cook it so thoroughly without drying out the chicken. Very Juicy. The side of rice I had was very flavorful and I believe it has some type of beans in it but the side was primarily rice. Not gonna lie, I could just eat the rice by itself as a main item, very good. I also ordered a side of jerk sauce, got the spicy version and it was terrific too. It’s an interesting mix of sweet, savory tones with a kick of spice in it. I would say the spicy-ness isn’t too strong, so I wouldn’t worry about setting your mouth on fire lol. But still a good spicy kick nonetheless. Overall, I had a wonderful experience ordering out with this place and I plan to come back very soon, it’s definitely going to become my go-to spots. If you’re looking for an authentic, home-cooked style Jamaican food, definitely order from Easy Caribbean asap! You won’t be disappointed.

  I ordered and my order was accepted but when we went to pick it up we waited an hour before we were able to get someone to tell us they were not there. We had to buy a different dinner and ate very late and all my attempts to contact them through phone and email have been unsuccessful so I’ve had to file a charge back.
