This place is very clean, and mellow. The perfect place for students to come and study up, professionals to come and take care of work, or good for kids too as there is always security around and you never need to worry about shady characters here. Also the staff are super friendly, always greet you at the door and are talkative and friendly. Particularly a guy named Michael who works the front. Great guy. Cheers mate! Also I'd recomeend you getting a Capital One Card or account, you'll get half of of drinks if so. Enjoy~

I visited your Capital One Café on Sunday afternoon. I ordered two coffees, but only one was served. The second coffee never came, even though customers who ordered after me received their drinks. I waited patiently for a chance to speak with the barista. When I finally got the opportunity, I politely told him that one of my ordered coffees was missing. However, he rudely interrupted me and said, “We’re busy, just wait.!” I was shocked and stood there quietly. Still upset, I tried again and explained that I had ordered two coffees and only received one. He then claimed that my coffee had already been served — which was not true. When I insisted that I still hadn’t received it, he said someone else must have taken it. Only then did he finally make my coffee. Yes, I understand you were busy. But I waited for my turn to speak, and when I did, you cut me off and dismissed me. Why do you only think about your time and not the customer waiting patiently? Your attitude was extremely rude, and I will never forget the expression on your face. This was unacceptable customer service.

We were particularly pleased with the service and attention we received from the Seattle bank staff on October16. As elderly, infrequent visitors, our banking needs were eased by them. We want to make special mention of Diego, Louie, Michael, and Reuben.

I'm reviewing this not as a cafe, but as a Capital One outpost. Perhaps you are confused as I was, but this is *not* a bank branch. No one here is able to help with banking services which means if you're a Capital One customer in Seattle, you're sort of just hung out to dry if there's something you need to do in person as there are no branches in the city. I was attempting to order foreign currency before an upcoming trip abroad and that is not something you can do online, but (after a painful and inefficient conversation that lasted longer than made any sense) a worker at the cafe dispassionately told me I was simply out of luck. When I inquired what I should do then, if they can't service me there and there are no other branches in the entire state of Washington, he gave off strong "don't care/not my problem" energy. I don't understand what the point of branding this cafe as Capital One is if they can't actually help with anything. How pointless and frustrating.
