  I ordered a to-go Malai Tandoori Chicken Tikka and Chicken Lollipop. Lately, I’ve noticed that many Indian restaurants have been delivering low quality food, so based on the positive reviews, I was hoping this place would be an exception. The Malai Chicken Tikka looked appealing, but unfortunately the chicken was very tough and clearly not fresh. The Chicken Lollipop was even more disappointing and it was overly red in color, lacked basic seasoning, and had almost no flavor. The chicken didn’t seem properly fried, and the outer layer was soggy instead of crisp. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and did not live up to the expectations set by the reviews.

  Worst service I ever have. Asked the server couple of times to take the order and waited for over 45 minutes to take the order. The value for money is simply not there—$26 for a curry that doesn't include rice is steep, especially when the food quality is lacking. To make matters worse, the tandoori roti had a strange, off-putting smell. I won't be returning.

  I heard raving reviews about this place from one of my friends so we went there, and we weren’t disappointed at all. Great food and amazing service. The waiter was so prompt and was anticipating every need before we said it. Dishes like veg kolhapuri, beetroot tikki, and garlic naan was the highlight for us. A lot of restaurants get the main dishes right, but it’s been a while since I went to a restaurant with such perfect bread/ naan. It was soft, and buttery, but not too thick or chewy. It was a perfect combination of crispy and soft. Would recommend going here 100/100. It’s a must visit if you are a fellow foody.

  Had a great experience at Amrai Restauran. The food was really good and full of authentic flavors. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared, and the presentation was lovely. The ambience is warm and inviting, making it a perfect place to enjoy a relaxed meal. Service was friendly and attentive as well. Definitely a place I’d recommend and would love to visit again!

  The food was excellent and very well prepared, but the service was disappointing. We asked twice for our mains to be staggered, yet they were all brought out at the same time. The experience felt very rushed - plates were cleared while members of our party were still eating, and at around the 40-minute mark (for a party of three) we were asked both to clear our plates and whether we wanted to-go boxes, even though we were still eating. The check was also brought out before we had taken our first bite of dessert. We were there to celebrate a special occasion, which was noted in our online reservation, and the rushed service really took away from that experience. While the food was great, I’d hesitate to return unless the service improves.
