Am employee named Barbara was here harassing customers to stop shopping a full 15-10 minutes before closing time. I don't appreciate getting yelled at.
She had me thinking the store closes at 12:30 instead of 1.
Of course as I'm checking out I see her purchasing a large bottle of wine.

I want to thank the team at this Safeway for turning my day around. They made my visit truly pleasant, especially after the uncomfortable experience at the other store. Great customer service really does make a big difference. Thank you for the excellent attention

The Pharmacy here seems to be the Pharmacy that corporate forgot about. Apparently every day at 1:30, they have decided that they are all taking lunch at the same time now… every day! All 12 pharmacy technicians! There could be a line 100 people long, and they won’t warn you. The pharmacist will just rudely inform everyone, “too bad, so sad! We’re on break!” As she slams the divider closed. There are no signs posted. When questioned why she would treat the patrons so poorly, she exclaims, “take it up with corporate!”
Don’t waste your time - go anywhere else.

Could hire some more employees. 2 checkout lanes and self checkout overflowed. Pharmacy with a mile long line. If we're gonna pay Safeway prices at least respect the customer by not making them wait in long queues.

I am a regular customer. I called to inquire about a dog tied up for over an hour in front of the store to see if the owner ever came back before I called animal services. Called on Sunday dec 14th around 6:05pm. The customer service woman was so rude and careless about it. I don’t want to shop somewhere where people are rude and don’t care for the well being of others. She had zero concern and didn’t care to talk to me at all. Hope you can train your employees to have more decency.
