FYI, this is my 2nd 1 star review for this location. My previous 1 star review several months ago was for a horrible filet-o-fish. It's hard for me to understand why McDonalds in other countries have none of these problems.

- UPUnknown PersonOct 4, 20251.0If i can give 0 stars i would I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent experience at this McDonald's location. I am a daily customer and was deeply offended by the unacceptable service I received yesterday around 9:30 PM. Upon entering the drive-thru, the Asian woman taking orders was immediately rude. When I inquired about the status of my order after waiting for ten minutes, she laughed, made a dismissive comment, “if I had known I would told you” and laughed and closed the window on me and my friend. After another five minutes while we honk for someone come the window after she closed it on us and she just looks and ignores us someone else brought our food, but when I asked to speak with the manager, he did not apologize. It appeared that the employee felt comfortable behaving disrespectfully, knowing her actions would be condoned. The manager and a short Mexican woman were giggling while I was expressing my concerns infront of me. This incident was so upsetting that I no longer wish to spend my money at McDonald's. I requested the employee's name to report the incident to corporate, but the manager refused to provide it, which I believe was an attempt to protect her. I believe the employee should be terminated, and the manager should be relieved of his duties. This was my last visit to McDonald's ever again. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!
