I never thought to do a review for McDonald’s, but my mama used to live across the street & we came here all the time on different occasions for about 2 years. With that being said, I felt the need to do a review because EVERY-TIME I have came here they have been so upbeat, happy and positive vibes, along with great customer service for me. I RARELY get that type of satisfaction being in the Renton/Kent area, especially from a McDonald’s, lmao so I really appreciated that. I would recommend.

I paid for the quarter pounder meal. I got a cheeseburger and fries instead. Horrible service. You do not get what you pay for.

Just had the best experience I’ve ever had at this McDonald’s. Whoever was working the drive through windows and the kitchen really know what’s up. (Short red curly hair person at first window, person with longer brown hair at second window) I was about to give up on this location. Now I have hope. Thanks for the excellent, fast, and effective service. And my order was perfect. 2:55PM, Wednesday 10/22. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Display is a truly hit and miss, my experience were this past week wasn’t as good as last week. I pretty much order three times a week for drive-through only. The older person will be sleeping or something. I have to ask the same question five times and not telling any answer back. I usually order the six dollar meal just be patient at this place and you should get through without an issue, but I hope they can improve their service to the next level.
