Really hard to say this about my local go to grocery store because it's across the street from where I live, but I just had the worse grocery store experience of my 42 years of life! Pavan made me the customer feel like crap even when I was right about the produce I was buying and when I told him he shouldn't be pressing anybody's button on the debit/credit card reader. He can press all the buttons he wants on the main screen, but when it comes down to the debit/credit card terminal, those buttons are for the card holder or payer especially after the card has scanned. I don't think I have ever seen any messages directed at an employer when I've used that terminal.
He got loud and continued to get loud after another employee came and verified my produced was the correct item clipped and he had to manually do a discount. No apology was made on his behalf, instead he continued to plead his innocence on pressing a button on the debit card terminal after I ran my card. Then started to deny doing so right in front of the employee who fixed the price and about 4 other customers who all heard this guy gave 2 different reasons why he pressed the button. Also to mention that there was 2 choices that I myself can decide on, but Pavan decided instead.
I have no issues with anybody else. I enjoy shopping at this grocery store
I did however has the worse grocery store experience of my life.
In my younger years as a Taco Bell manager and part owner whenever there was an issue that a customer brought to my attention or anyone in my crew, I lead by example and always recognized my crew in situation to always make the customer more easy/calm by just simply apologizing even if we was right. Then fix it the way they wanted. Top it off and show them that you're sincere with a dessert or beverage. Apologize and thank them when you hand them their items. I didn't need all that, instead Pavan left a memory in my head and 4 customers', a little girl's, and a co-worker's of how who he really. I don't think any one of us appreciates nor like Pavan more after this evening.

Friendly employees, but understaffed. Every Sunday there is only one lane opened to checkout (besides self checkout).
