I actually received a poorly made chicken strip burger. I paid triple price for their cheapest sandwich. A bun with a spoonful of mayonnaise and a slice of tomato, two chicken strips for $13 is not my idea of a good deal. Do something to change the service and food you serve. Quit making excuses. Hire reliable employees, even if you must pay them more. I've read too many reviews that are negative and you simple whitewash things. Your responses are only words. Make a change. You have let go of people who were proud of their work, and it showed. The quality of service and the food that you serve have declined drastically in recent months.
