    Ordered food and the limes were rotten literally mush. Wasn’t going to complain and then today 12 minutes before close I was going to go get some fruit. Just 1 item and they closed early and a lot of exchanges between customers and closers. Hey if they want to close early please accommodate those who show up before the early close. It’s 6:54 pm as I write this and they closed at 7:00 pm. Not sure why you post hours people spend time and money and gas to get to the store so be honest about your hours.

    I bought a large package of beef fajitas in the meat department. The steak-like slices were very tough, very disappointing. I’ve gotten tough meat before, too. I won’t buy those again.

    Shopping at this store is miserable. Their digital coupons never clip properly. Half the time the barcode doesn’t register when you try to scan it. There’s also no service in the store, and their Wi-Fi is super spotty and hard to connect to, so it’s impossible to have their app open while you’re shopping. Not to mention that their app crashes all the time and glitches up. When you get to the self check out, and you need help because none of the coupons are working, and half the items don’t ring up with the proper price, they take 20 minutes to adjust your bill. When the staff are trying to adjust your bill, they give you attitude and are super snarky, acting like it’s your fault that you didn’t do it properly, even though their app is wonky and doesn’t work. It frustrates the staff and it frustrates the customers. It’s really a poor and very frustrating experience. Management is never in sight, so you can never get true help. This last visit, I advised the person at the self check out that the barcode on the item wasn’t registering in the app, and she said “that’s not my problem, I have no control over it”. Well… you work here, you have more control than the customer does, the minimum you could do is report the issue to management. This is my experience every time I shop here. I’ve learned to come here as little as possible, and would recommend literally any other grocery store over this one.
