- EEEli1 day ago1.0I was shopping with my 10 year old son and he needed to use the bathroom and was told that they locked them for the night by an associate! I spoke to the manager to see if he would let my little one use the bathroom and he couldn't care less, he was very unfriendly and dry. This was 4 hours before the store closes for the night all 4 of their bathrooms were just locked so customers can not use them. I have been a loyal customer for years what a disappointment. Bathrooms at a major store should not be locked several hours before closing time when families are still shopping.

Request refund from app and took over 2 weeks to get one time. Just did a pick up order yesterday and again missing 7 items. Customers should be able to trust that all items that were shopped for should be placed in their car and not have to get home and surprise no toilet paper or that key ingredient for dinner isn’t there. Even worse, no baby formula. Always check your items for pickup orders with this location or avoid all together. Please do better Safeway pickup department.
