  Went into the restaurant and was immediately disrespectful by a heavier set gentleman that said he was the manager. Refuse to give his name. Do not go here

  I am beyond disgusted with the treatment my father and I received at this location tonight. While I was picking up a pre-ordered pizza, my father—who is Black—asked for the bathroom code. The employee was intentionally difficult, essentially refusing him the code and instead making my father wait for him to personally walk over and unlock it. The disrespect continued when my father tried to pick up our order (which I had already grabbed). The staff treated him with immediate suspicion and micro-aggressive behavior, clearly assuming he wasn't a customer. We were treated like trespassers rather than paying guests. The only reason this isn't a 1-star review is because the pizza was mediocre, but the blatant bias from the staff means we will never return.

  I was having a hard time putting an electronic order in so I called pizza hut on their Google number and they put me on with a very nice but unhelpful representative in, very obviously, a call center. She was helpful until she could not push a coupon through the system. After placing my entire order again she transfers me to Joey, the manager at Pizza Hut. He was very understanding, not only did he resolve my issue, he did it with professionalism and courtesy. Speaking to the manager of the restaurant who had knowledge and customer service skills, it really turned around the experience. We had our pizza way earlier than the expected time and Joey really pulled through to make my experience great.

  I was craving a Pizza Hut pizza and had fond memories of their personal pan pizzas we used to get when my kids were earning them as reading rewards in school. They were truly mini versions of the full size pizzas. I love pizza hut pizza! It is my favorite pizza. I decided I didn't want to be tempted by a whole pizza and figured the mini pizza box was just right. I have never been so disappointed in a pizza! I was shocked when I opened the box First, the pizza is even more mini, but I could have dealt with that if it had been good. It literally had one tiny piece of pepperoni on each piece, four curled crispy pieces total! The size of a nickle at the most. I had added ham to it and there wasn't much more of that on the pizza. There was enough cheese but, I seriously couldn't find more than a trace of red color under it were there should have been sauce! So disappointing!! The boneless BBQ wings were very dry but at least the honey BBQ sauce was tasty. I will have to rethink my pizza choices in the future.
