Food is always cold and today me and my wife couldn’t sit in a booth or have a number placard thing for our order because most tables were dirty and all the table number placards are at the dirty tables when I tried to tell the girl she walked away. DO BETTER MCDONALDS!!!!!!

I've been eating here a few times a week since February and in the last month this place has fallen apart. I go for lunch wait 45minutes to not get food and go back to work starving. This McDonald's needs to be restructured from the inside. Management doesn't try to fix anything when its brought to there attention. Absolutely horrible service.

I would like to give this place a 0 if I could, the food is terrible everytime, this particular time, I got a burnt burger and it taste burnt and is very very dry with no onion at all, I couldn’t even eat this burger and I got 2 of these worthless burgers, I ordered around 12 at night Friday Halloween night 2025

Ok, I know it’s just McDonald’s, but this is the worst place and experience.
Put two door dash orders in three hours ago that never got made and “never had my order”
Then send my boyfriend to order it after he gets home (my Jeep is broken hence door dashing it) it’s been an 35 minutes of him standing there.
No one greeting. No one doing anything behind the counter. Low amount of employees.
Next time close the store if you don’t have enough employees and can’t run accordingly.
Absolutely ridiculous for a FAST food restaurant.
No hair nets, no gloves, TRASH.

If I could give it no stars I WOULD.
Every time I come to this location, the experience gets worse. I’ve kept giving it chances since it’s close to home, but I’m officially done.
We placed a large mobile order for a family gathering, and it took over 15 minutes before anyone even came out. When they finally did, they handed us two full drink carriers with no bags and zero sauces even though everything was selected properly in the app. The fries were half filled, greasy, and cold, completely soggy.
When my fiancé asked for two delivery bags, they only gave him one. He even showed them the order on his phone with the sauces clearly listed, and they still gave him the wrong ones. When he tried to explain that items were missing, the girl who brought our food literally ran back inside mid conversation.
We had two kids in the car, and this was supposed to be convenient. Instead, my fiancé had to go inside four different times just to get things fixed. It’s not hard to double check orders or treat customers with basic respect. This location seriously needs improvement in accuracy, speed, and customer service.
Literally can care less for a free meal at this point especially if it’s going to be cold and stale.
