    Visited multiple times for breakfast and lunch using the kiosk to order, lately their speed has been improving and have had little to no issues with order accuracy. Staff has been friendly for most staff rotations I've interacted with. Relatively quick when not busy, and it's usually fresh in the earlier hours. Be mindful of the lunch hours however, waits can go up to half an hour or so with how many people show up all at once, make sure to check in with staff in case your order might have got missed too.

    Waited 30 minutes to receive my "order ahead" pickup order, my kids nuggets were cold, and there were literally 7 fries in one of my kids Happy Meals. And then the toys they advertise are for Zootopia 2; my kids got Elio toys from months ago. This McDonald's is ALWAYS like this. I've never had a good experience here. This was just the worst experience I've had so far.

    I am very upset overall about the situation and I would like for someone to get in contact with me other than the store manager because she was very disrespectful in trying to put herself in the customer shoes and understand the circumstances. I placed my breakfast on the app at 10:50AM which was two big breakfast with hotcakes. I am in line which is always very long at the drive-through because people are super slow taking the orders by the time I got to the intercom I gave them my code and the person over the intercom was very disrespectful telling me that my order was going to be canceled because its past 11AM. I told her the order was placed before 11 AM and should be honored. In addition, I have told here before past 11 AM in person and I have received my breakfast without any issues! The islander lady with a heavy accent, got argumentative with me, so I left and walked in person to speak with the manager, which was also disappointing. Long story short, I didnt get my breakfast until 11:38 AM after arguing with the manager why should they honor my breakfast request since it was placed beforehand and Ive never had issues like this before. The manager Stephanie K and the employees there are not customer service oriented, which triggers a customer to be irritated and confrontational, of course! That disrespect here was very upsetting. I shouldnt have to beg to get my food in which was placed and honored by the mobile app.!! If there are policies and rules in place, then the tech side of things should be figured out and not be slapped in the face to the customer! This customer complaint has also been filed to customer service online and corporate!

    Truly a horrid experience today, such a disappointment... Likely will never visit here again... *Possibly understaffed, but EVERYONE'S time should be valued most importantly HEALTH/Food safety in non-negotiable to me, especially because I seem to catch every single sickness that goes around... NOTES: *Walk in dining To Go order (no pre-order done) *Walked into the lobby on 11/1/2025 ETA 3:30pm. *Door and door handle were very dirty/ did not want to touch so I pulled down my sleeve and opened it that way... *Lobby was messy, many visible trash items on the floor such as food crumbs, receipts, etc. *When I entered- 1. 1 person was already standing at the front counter, peeking around the corner inpatiently, as if he was irritated and had been waiting for assistance for too long (just an observation as I do not know the specifics of his visit, but can only assume it was likely just as mine, inconsiderate and frankly unacceptable.) 2. 1 person was sitting at a table near the entrance door, who I later found out had already ordered and was waiting for a small order. 3. Four OLD drinks sat unattended on the front counter, with scannable receipts taped on them that were obviously for Door Dash pick ups or Uber driver pick ups. At least one was a large frappe, another a dark soda, and don't remember the other two. These drinks looked like they had been sitting there for hours, covered in sweat, a pool of condensation coming from each that gathered into a larger single puddle of liquid on the counter around them, whipped creams were melted, one looked half drinken, all appeared to be DD or UBER orders & also undrinkable, so I certainly hope they were meant to be thrown away instead. 4. Drive thru line was short, but stayed busy and stayed short- as I walked in AND also as I walked out- I looked over at the drive thru and both times the last cars that were in line were at the ordering screen already. THE DRIVE THRU ONLY flowed well the entire time, quick, fast, but many incorrect and had to come back into the lobby to wait and be ignored with us... 5. FRONT COUNTER- No employee was working the Front counter. Many employees seen assisting drive thru ONLY. 6. Someone finally came about 10 minutes, had no name tag- wore all black & a hijab & also had zero help the whole time. #2 COMPLAINT - The employees simply did not care about the lobby. They ONLY cared about their drive thru times!! So... I walked in, waited a long time. The employee w/black hijab finally walked by the front counter, still not a single look or acknowledgement that anyone was even in the lobby, as we all continued to wait. And wait. And think of leaving. And wait. She went to the bathroom, stopped to ask another employee in break in lobby, eating, IF he was on break, employee replied yes and continued eating, she came straight back from bathroom TO THE REGISTER (not the sink to wash her hands. Not once did she wash her hands the whole time I was there, even after wiping her NOSE, WITH her bare hands, then spoke to customer ahead of me who was missing a simple 4pc nugget from his drive thru order, she wiped her nose, went straight to nugget box, opened it, closed it, and walked straight back to hand to him... THIS IS MY #1 COMPLAINT. The employee on break in lobby also returned while she was in the bathroom (and touched the lobby trash door and tucked his shirt into his pants, and went straight to touch some food which he bagged for a drive thru order- AGAIN WITHOUT WASHING HIS HAND ONCE). WASHING HANDS IS #1 RULE OF FOOD SERVICE IN MY BOOK. IF U DONT WASH YOUR HANDS, DONT SERVE CUSTOMERS. Not enough space for my whole story/complaints so keeping it to the top three. #1- hand washing wasnt seen at ALL. FC person should not be taking orders, handling register, cash, food, handing out food, all without washing hands in between. BIG NO NO in food service, especially after pandemic. #2 see above. #3- MY 1 item order entered wrong&left with wrong item, to help lessen waits 4 all. DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE VERY LEAST! WILL NOT RETURN

    A heavy set Latin American female approximately 45 years in age who was the self proclaimed manager going by the name “Orazo” was being extremely rude to customers including children making rude hand gestures and falsifying information lying to customers waiting in line over an hour for food, and lying about McDonald’s policy. Orders were being messed up left and right and myself and others orders were completely forgotten. Customers were getting extremely upset with her rude behavior and refusing to fix customers orders. I recommend Corporate investigate this person for their behavior tonight and complete incompetence and inability to preform in any capacity at this establishment before any more damage is done to your reputation as a franchise as a whole.
