On November 9th, I ordered 2 Prime Rib dinners for a total of $199.99 that would feed 10 people (Prime Rib, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy and Hawaiian Rolls) I was really excited and invited all my family. I was sent a confirmation which stated I can pick up my order November 26, 2025 at 6pm. I went to pick it up at the stated pick up time, with my confirmation number and presented it to the deli clerk. She looked at me like I was an idiot and told me she didnt know what I was talking about, needless to say, my pre ordered Prime Rib dinner for 10 people was not available. In my opinion, that is false advertising. They left me with no Thanksgiving dinner for my guests. Good thing Burger King is opened for Thanksgiving. I will never shop at Safeway again!!!
