I always have to check my receipt because they are usually wrong or discounts weren't applied. I notice some employees are poorly trained and look like they'd rather be someplace else. Leaving a person in charge (in training) is a huge mistake with no Manager around. Big mistakes can be made.

I could not find a product so I Walked up to the bakery to ask for help I was beyond shocked with how the lady with grey hair was treating her subordinates and it made me no longer want help or even to shop at this location again. The last time I was here, it was a different person that helped me and I definitely did not have the same experience ,I will NEVER return to this store as I have heard the same from other family/ friends that also used to shop here.

Was here, Safeway 132nd & 35th, last week for vaccination and to pick up a few things for dinner. Kind of needs some cleaning in many areas and some customer service training in self checkout. The self check out scanners were gross! The first one I approached was viewably nasty looking, the second one was same, I approached a third and decided to use it so I could get out of there. Sticky, gooey and not cleaned in quite a while ... the scanners being visibly dirty and untouchable in a store that is not busy isn't acceptable. I didn't want to put produce on the scale it looked so bad. I alerted the person monitoring the self check out area to the scanners needing some attention and received the response from the person as more of a yea yea lady... There was no thank you for letting us know, no eye contact or any acknowledgement to a customer stating they were gross. I don't think I will be back anytime soon. Do better Safeway!
